Career Guidance: Personalized advice and support to explore career options. REACT counselors carefully assess candidates' academic performance and interests to offer tailored career advice. We guide them on suitable degrees to pursue and relevant job applications. Our dedicated mentors provide ongoing support, staying in constant touch with candidates to monitor their progress and help them stay on track.

Skill Training: REACT provides access to a wide range of vocational training programs including Hospitality, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanic, Computer, Food Processing, Furniture Making, and Tailoring. We have strong working relationships with leading training institutes in Madurai, as well as the District Skill Training Office and other non-profit organizations. This extensive network includes over 25 institutes offering specialized training for people with disabilities in the Madurai region.

Placement Assistance: Connecting individuals with over 75 employers in Madurai who value diverse talent.  Before placement, REACT thoroughly evaluates candidates' job readiness, assessing skills such as typing, computer literacy, written and oral English communication, report writing, and other vital soft skills. Following this assessment, we prepare them for the job market through counseling, professional resume building, and comprehensive interview preparation. Once ready, candidates are connected directly with companies for interviews.
