At REACT, we create pathways to empowerment for people with disabilities in Madurai and beyond. We believe true inclusion happens when individuals are skilled and environments are accessible.
For Individuals: We provide career guidance, skills training, and opportunities in both the private sector and self-employment.
For Organizations & Communities: We offer comprehensive inclusion services, including workplace infrastructure audits, policy consulting, and sensitization workshops for employers, NGOs, and government bodies.
We extend full support to people with disabilities, their parents, and the educational institutions they attend. We also partner with employers, government institutions, and NGOs to ensure a full support system that empowers people with disabilities to thrive.

Our programs enhance the productivity and economic prospects of people with disabilities through vocational training, private sector placement, and self-employment support, alongside essential therapy and assistive device provision
We collaborate with local NGOs to enhance the livelihoods of people with disabilities in both rural and urban areas. Our initiatives provide essential vocational skills, support for self-employment, and pathways to private-sector careers
We enhance the capacity of special education schools through comprehensive teacher training and therapeutic support. We advocate for accessibility in public spaces like parks and sports facilities. We are developing inclusive residential communities where children with special needs and their families can live and thrive together
We partner with diverse institutions to provide comprehensive support for students with disabilities directly on their campuses. Our services include educational sponsorships, assistive technology, vocational training, and employment assistance. Currently, we work closely with 15 educational institutions across the Madurai, Dindigul, and Virudhunagar districts
